The spacious living and dining room (approx. 30 m²), with its panoramic window, offers an unobstructed view of the Garmisch mountain scenery right from the sofa. Start your day with breakfast on the cozy corner bench, which seats up to eight, and let your gaze wander over fields, forests, and mountains as you enjoy living right on the edge of nature. A modern LCD TV with satellite reception is available, as well as a small hi-fi system with an iPod and USB port.
The balcony, accessible directly from the living room, spans nearly the entire width of the house and is equipped with a dining area. Enjoy the view of the mountains from here!
Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Both the mattresses and the bedding are suitable for people with allergies. From the master bedroom, you can look out onto the Kramer. The smaller bedroom is entirely under the sloped ceiling. From here, you can look out through the skylight at the Wank as soon as you wake up.
In the modern country-style kitchen, in addition to the view of the Wank, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a full set of kitchen utensils. Whether you prefer to enjoy your coffee from a standard coffee maker, a Bodum coffee maker, or a Nespresso machine, we’ve thought of everything.
