With sunlit spaces and hardwood floors throughout the property provides four bedrooms, one very funky, pink tiled family bathroom and a spacious open plan living area with wood burning, open fire place and a great flow to the outdoors. There’s a large kitchen with modern appliances, dining space and living room with smart TV and every window looks out to a green, calm space that’s perfect for a relaxing holiday. Outdoors is where the house really shines with a huge back garden, alfresco dining space, outdoor shower and bath that is perfect for kids after a day at the beach. You can walk to the beach, both Blairgowrie and Rye shopping and restaurants.
