This fabulous 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is ideal for families to share. Being on a single level means no high stairs to climb.
The property has a new air-conditioner & with central ducted heating throughout, it makes for a cosy WINTER GET-AWAY .
All the furniture, fixtures, equipment, & carpet is new & it has been tastefully decorated.
The large yard is FULLY ENCLOSED so the kids can play in safety whilst the adults can enjoy the outdoor dining setting & new gas BBQ.
There is space for a boat or jetski too.
The property is located just 15 minutes walk from the beach (Tyrone foreshore), and a short drive to either Rye or Blairgowrie shops.
Strictly NO SCHOOLIES or groups of young adults under 25 years of age.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No pets allowed (without the owner's permission).

Great property and location. This is our second year we have stayed there. House very functional and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend property. Definitely will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay over the labour day long weekend. House was great, perfect location, close to the beach and to the Rye shops and had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful!
