Welcome to our private, coastal retreat standing boldly on the cusp of Rye & Blairgowrie with renowned beaches at your doorstep or pool in your yard, this architecturally designed modern home can accommodate the whole family including your four-legged friends!

The space
Perched neatly atop a tree lined service lane it comprises an exposed aggregate drive with double lock up garage, wide entrance hall with polished concrete floors throughout the living area’s, spacious master with walk in robe and tiled ensuite, 4 bedrooms with built in robes and/or walk in robes, second full bathroom and laundry.

The main living features a substantial open kitchen with dual ovens, gas cooking and stone bench tops that connects perfectly with the dining and lounge, featuring a Seguin Europa 7 cast iron fire place, split system air conditioning and extensive glazing that flows through to the outdoor entertaining area.

This property is exquisite! From the minute you check in, you will be in awe of the floors, ceilings open space, outdoor area with pool, bedrooms and cleanliness. The decor is just fabulous too. The welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was also greatly appreciated. I am so glad I chose this property to celebrate a special occasion, it has to be one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Also it is only a short stroll down to the beaches and cafes.
