Newly renovated with a stylish coastal design across two light-filled levels. This beach house will impress with spacious rooms, quality finishes and brand new furnishings throughout. It is perfect for families, friends' getaway or golfing weekends offering fun for everyone, with mountain bikes, boogie boards, games and beach toys.
Only a few minutes drive to Rye town centre, golf courses, Peninsula/Alba Thermal Hot Springs, wineries, St Andrews Brewery, restaurants and just a 20 minute walk to the front and back beaches and Rye shops. This beautiful coastal home has everything you could want for a relaxing, memorable beach holiday with family and friends.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Both the first and second level open up onto sprawling gardens. Upstairs features open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a bank of triple stacker glass doors opening out to an expansive entertaining deck with a huge alfresco dining table and BBQ facilities. This is the perfect spot to relax and entertain family and friends, overlooking the north facing, private and serene coastal garden with rustling Moonah trees, a fire pit, cubby house for the kids and detached games studio.
Inside there are 4 large bedrooms (2 with ensuites) and blinds/curtains to them all, 2 relaxing living spaces with high ceilings and oak flooring, a stunning kitchen featuring all new appliances including coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms (with a freestanding bath tub), and a study nook with built-in desk.
After spending the day at the beach, or exploring the Peninsula's many offerings, enjoy some relaxing down time at home with Netflix, Stan and Disney, Nintendo Switch (with games), a Vintage Arcade machine with Frogger Donkey Kong, board games and toys for the whole family to enjoy!

Gorgeous home in a quiet corner of Rye with lots of natural light ,lots of space , a big yard & access to bicycles to explore the area. We had a great time & would thoroughly recommend this property to other families looking to get together on the Mornington Peninsula. Sarah’s house is stylishly decorated and well-appointed with modern appliances and everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. The house is modern, warm, clean and bright with spacious rooms and super-comfy beds. It is in a quiet area close to all the local attractions and amenities. We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We’ll have to stay longer next time so we can make use of the garden, BBQ and fire pit too! Thanks so much for hosting us, Sarah!
