Discover Rye Waves Resort with Bay Views, an architecturally designed four-bedroom home nestled on a tranquil private road overlooking Port Phillip Bay on the Mornington Peninsula. This is the perfect retreat for families or friends to gather, relax, and explore local beaches, all within walking distance.
Rye Waves Resort features four beautifully appointed bedrooms (all with smart TV's) and two living areas spread across two levels. On the ground floor, three inviting bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a king bedroom with its own ensuite, and access to a shared family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a sanctuary with a king bed, a deluxe ensuite featuring a steam room and bidet, and views of the landscaped back garden and moonah trees.
The heart of the home is its expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, seamlessly blending indoor-outdoor living against the backdrop of panoramic bay views. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and island bench with seating.
Open the large sliding doors onto the decked outdoor entertainment area which is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a heated spa, BBQ, outdoor dining table, sun lounge, and outdoor pop up TV, all offering bay views.
The landscaped garden provides a peaceful retreat with fruit trees, a vegetable patch for guest enjoyment, and a charming fire pit area equipped with a hidden bar fridge, sink, and outdoor chairs.
Additional features include in-floor heating, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, an outdoor shower and separate toilet, a soundproofed rumpus room equipped with an exercise bike, rowing machine, mini fridge, second coffee machine, and sofa bed (available on request) located on the ground floor. The property is secured with a remote-controlled front gate leading to a double garage.

It was a pleasant experience in the property with my family and extended family, they all loved it.The interior and the landscaping in the property is very nicely done to entertain the guests.

An amazing place to stay. The location is perfect with the beach literally across the road. The views from the deck were stunning not to mention the spa to sit back and relax in during the day. For our family, the accomodation was perfect with multiple bedroom layouts and the two seperate living areas ideal for our teenage kids.The property is private, beautifully presented and well organised for a seamless stay.Highly recommend this as a destination house and will definitely be back.
