The spacious panoramic terrace is the true jewel of the house: here you can enjoy breakfast with the singing of birds or relax at sunset, with your gaze lost between the lake and the mountains. Just about 400 metres away you can find a small shop and a bar-pizzeria, while the centre of Gardola, with shops, bars, restaurants and services, is easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
The apartment is a three-room flat of about 70 sqm and arranged on a single level, suitable for hosting 2 to 4 people. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds (single bed with the possibility of extracting a second bed from underneath) a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with lake view and Monte Baldo view simply spectacular.
