Furnished with tasteful furniture and attention to detail, it enjoys a spectacular view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo thanks to its furnished balcony.1 km away is the center of Tignale, Gardola, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and a doctor.The apartment is a three-room apartment on the second floor of about 60 square meters that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Upon entering we find a living room with large kitchenette and sofa, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a balcony overlooking the historic center, Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.The comforts of the apartment include an induction cooker with 4 burners and extractor fan, microwave, toaster, German coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and uncovered parking space.Sport and health: outdoor swimming pool at 2 km, tennis court at 1 km, mountain-bike (possibility to rent at Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale.
