Toller Familienurlaub

Wir waren vier Nächte mit vier Kindern dort und haben die Zeit in der herrlichen Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft – umgeben von Wald und Natur, mit wunderschönem Ausblick auch aus der Wohnung, dank der vielen Fenster. Der Pool mit Bar liegt etwas höher – der Weg dorthin ist zwar steil, aber oben wartet ein tolles Angebot für Kinder und deren Eltern. Auch Billard, Tischtennis, ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Brettspielen sowie ein Spielplatz sorgen für viel Abwechslung. Zudem gibt es einige schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Die etwas erhöhte Lage sorgt für angenehm kühle Temperaturen im Vergleich zum Seeufer es kann aber an schlechten Tagen auch schnell frisch werden.

Leider gab es auch ein paar Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben: Die Matratzen waren nicht besonders bequem, und insgesamt hätte die Sauberkeit besser sein dürfen. Zudem war für uns nicht klar ersichtlich, wer der richtige Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist – die Rezeption oder die Buchungsplattform. Auf unsere Hinweise an der Rezeption zu einem defekten Geschirrspüler und einer kaputten Bettlatte, die wir gleich zu Beginn gemeldet hatten, erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung.
