- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- One hectare of private, unenclosed garden, south-west facing
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Plévenon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities
- Château Serein beach, accessible via the GR34 about 1 km away
- Walks and hikes on the GR34 or towards Cap Fréhel
- Visit Fort La Latte
- Water sports on the Sables d'Or les Pin beach, around 10 km away
- Discover the local gastronomy (crêperies, seafood, etc.)
- Dinard and Saint-Malo about 30 km away
Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (5 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes - Saint-Jacques, about 100 km away

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Please use the barbecue only in the workshop or on the lawn (not on the terrace).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
