About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this 140 m² house in Castillon to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 554 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with electric slatted base and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200) and desk
- A shower room (with shower and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- A lovely 554 m² private enclosed garden, facing south/west
- A 25 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Castillon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities
- Visit to Balleroy Castle, the Bayeux Tapestry Museum and Notre-Dame de Bayeux Cathedral
- Walk in the Cerisy Forest
- The Caen Memorial, around 35 km away
- The D-Day landing beaches, around 25 km away
- Mont-Saint-Michel, around 100 km away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park (4 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bayeux station, 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 30 km away
