The resort is on the edge of the Cerisy Forest, 10 minutes from Bayeux and Saint-Lô, 20 minutes from the D-Day beaches, the fishing port of Port-en-Bessin, Normandy’s “Suisse Normande” region and the Vire Valley, 30 minutes from Caen, and 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel... Numerous castles in the surrounding area. The Jurques Zoo (15 km). The Festyland amusement park near Caen, themed around pirates and Vikings (28 km). From May 31 to June 10: numerous commemorations, exhibitions, and more... July 5 and 6: Bayeux Medieval Festival.
