Newly built (2018) vacation home with a sea view, rated 3 stars, featuring 3 bedrooms and sleeping up to 7 people:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with a bathroom and a 160x200 bed
- Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed; a crib can be added (provided upon request)
- 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed
- 1 bathroom upstairs
- New, high-quality bedding.

- 1 very bright living/dining room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Smeg range (5 burners, double oven)

- 1 laundry room with a washer and dryer

- Beautiful furnished patio: dining table with a grill and 6 lounge chairs.

- A large 700m² lot where you can park your official vehicles during commemorations
