Posh Beds with City View and Pools

My family suffered from bites of bedbugs. Lesson learned for me to research the building first. My toddler son and baby daughter had many bites from the stay. Strongly not recommend the place even for an overnight stay.

I had a very pleasant 6 day stay at their facilities. Staff was very accommodating and the place was good.

The photos provided by their property is outdated. The staff that fetched us from the lobby did not have a friendly disposition. The room felt and seemed unprepared when we arrived. It felt bare and more like a storage room. There was an old airconditioner on the floor, the cabinet also contained old pillows and blankets. The description said slippers are included but there were no slippers provided to us. There was also a 300-deposit for the key. The pricing for the utility fee was also inconsistently provided via text. The description stated a different price as well. I am completely disappointed on how we were accomodated. The room as was also a disappointment. The photos looked completely different. This would have been fine if we were informed ahead of time. Additionally, someone texted me to remind me of the checked out time and asked what time we'll be checking out cause there will be a late checkout fee per hour. I responded that we will be checking out an hour later. I received no response. By 10 AM, someone was already knocking on our door. Despite us showing them the text and letting them know that we'll just clean up before leaving, they knocked again twice. I really liked the location cause it was convenient but I'm never booking here again.

Cockroach infested, very rundown and on top of that it’s clickbait as you have to pay utility fee per head per night for nothing! Worst stay in Manila so far!
