It is near Podium and nearby offices. I also felt comfortable because the AC was on blast. I find it hard to sleep alone, so the other women on the room was a plus factor.
Check in posted in booking.com is 12pm, but the property manager says it's 2pm.

location was great. good for quick stay only. fast and hassle free transaction.
aircon not working properly. ang hina ng buga. and maraming tambak na gamit sa side ng room. additional 75 pesos per person for utility fee

I like the presence of television and wifi. The space is also good for 4 people.
First, the assistant is not responsive to my calls which delayed a lot of my time. Second, there are lots of small cockroaches in the unit. Thirdly, there was an additional charge of 120 per night which was not indicated in the details of the booking.
