    Housekeeping must be helpful and mindful when cleaning the room so everything is complete. Also, staff at reception and elevator are not so nice. But overall stay in this hotel is okay.

    We had a fun and generally enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. In fact, this was already the second time we experienced a check-in nightmare at this hotel, which makes it even more frustrating. I understand that we booked on the same day during a holiday, but being told by the front desk that our rooms were not ready because we were “late bookings” and therefore not a priority was not a good experience. We booked two rooms, and the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM. However, the first room was only ready at around 5:30 PM, while the second room was not ready until around 6:30 PM. This was especially difficult because we were traveling with our autistic son, who had a meltdown while waiting and eventually needed to sleep in the parking lot because we had nowhere else to settle him. I understand that same-day holiday bookings can be challenging, but I hope the hotel can handle these situations with more empathy and professionalism. Thankfully, after my initial interaction with one receptionist, I spoke with another staff member who was much more hospitable and accommodating. She apologized for the situation and later offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. As for the room, the hotel appears to have new furniture, but the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. It was particularly disappointing given that we were checked in late because the rooms were supposedly still being cleaned. The bathtub also looks quite outdated compared with the Makati branch. When we opened the bathtub drain, actual dirt came out of the drain hole, and the windows were visibly dirty as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay once we were finally settled in, and there were staff members who genuinely tried to make things right. However, experiencing the same check-in issue for the second time, along with the cleanliness concerns, made the experience less pleasant than it could have been. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, particularly regarding check-in procedures and how guests with special needs are accommodated.
