Beautiful hotel with a clean sandy beaches. There are different restaurants with tasty food: buffet, Asian, Turkish and Italian cuisine.
Yes, there are some construction on the site but it didn’t bother us at all, every day something new was opened for example fountains.
Evening entertainment was amazing!
Some advice: we used hotel taxi transfer from the airport and paid $35. On the way back we used Ubar and payed $5. eSIM would help to call taxi from everywhere without WiFi.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Coming from the United States, I honestly did not expect such an incredible level of hospitality. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, and the experience was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Nourhan — her professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail made our stay absolutely perfect. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world.

We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.
The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing.
The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank you to Martena at the gym who was always very helpful.
What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and genuinely did their best to resolve any issues quickly and make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay.

• Mahmoud supervisor in flavors restaurant
• Atef, who looked after our room every day
• David and the whole reception and reception bar team
Their service and friendliness really made a difference.
The only small improvement would be for the pools to be a little warmer, but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
