This is my 5th visit to Kaisol Resort in Sahl Hasheesh, and it continues to be my favorite destination for good reason. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our vacation truly memorable. A special mention goes to "Ibrahim Mamdouh" who exemplifies what exceptional hospitality looks like. He went above and beyond by preparing a wonderful surprise in our room — a genuinely touching gesture — and his consistent follow-up throughout our stay made us feel truly valued. He is a role model in his field, and he succeeded in making us feel completely comfortable and satisfied. As for Kaisol itself, it stands out in every way — an unbeatable location, stunning beach views, a peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional service across the board. Highly recommended!

Restaurant and main bar staff were exceptional. Buffet food was acceptable. Chef Shady of the Asian restaurant has the best food among all of the à la carte restaurants - very tasty. Beach snacks pergola had very tasty food. Nice evening performances but they repeat the same ones on a weekly basis. Nice beach with calm waters. Nearby pharmacy and mini market. Very well-equipped gym.

They gave us a twin bed even though we declared it’s our honeymoon and the reception staff weren’t keen to change the room which ruined the experience. They don’t treat all honeymooners equally as some got a free room upgrade. Hotel decorations are very modern that has no spirit that makes one feel uncomfortable. Creepy behaviour from the cleaning staff. Guest Relation staff weren’t as friendly as expected. Minimal beach service staff. Some of the open buffet food were very salty ‘inedible’. They don’t clean properly in between guests as I found rubbish in the room. Bathtub wasn’t working and was dirty on our day of arrival. Most of the à la carte restaurants were nothing to write home about. The hotel isn’t environmentally friendly with the single use plastics. Staff promised that they will sort out our transportation with the security gate on our way out and the taxi driver was surprised there was no note from the hotel that he had to sort it out himself, when we called the hotel they said they couldn’t help us. No fresh juices available in the all-inclusive package. Exceptionally bad tasting coffee!
