    I’m genuinely amazed at how this hotel receives such glowing reviews. Its is by some distance the worst all- inclusive resort I have ever stayed in. Firstly, 90% of the staff are miserable and rude. Waiters and chefs will just grunt at you and slam their trolleys into you. The worst of all the staff are the receptionists who are the epitome of rude, unhelpful and useless. We had to ask 3 times for them to get our sink fixed for example. There are some really odd rules in this hotel. Like you can only book the a la carte 24 hours before, between 11-12 and must decide on your order beforehand. There is no desert options in the main restaurant, so you have to move downstairs if you want something sweet. Ice cream is only available during the day, no option with dinner. There are no juice options with dinner, you can only have it at breakfast and lunch. There are billiards tables, but you have to pay €5 per hour to use them. This was the only hotel we stayed at in Egypt that had no currency exchange option. They only have ATMs. The restaurants and communal areas are far too warm, making dining an uncomfortable event. The gym facilities are fairly poor and the facility itself is always boiling hot. Don’t except to have much of a lay in here either as breakfast is finished by 10. WiFi is hit and miss. Mostly OK to be fair but does run slow on occasions. Some positives, the shower was powerful and temperate. The waiter, Nouh Ahmed was a ray of sunshine in an otherwise miserable resort. Although food options are quite limited, the food is generally quite tasty. You will always find a sunbed. Mini golf is good fun and free of charge. The bed is soft and comfortable.

    Great facilities for family. Multiple pools , activities , private beach, multiple snorkeling points , all you can eat buffet for all meals as part of all inclusive package. Multiple options for day-gets ways by boat etc (I didn’t take these as we were here for 2 nights only)

    We stayed three nights in the Beach Albatros Resort. Great staff, clean rooms, enough activities during day and night and a big selection of food. At first a room was given to us where they were busy with construction: lots of noise and smell. Luckily we got another room the same day. Thumbs up for the diving company 'Sky diving'. We were having a blast with the day diving trip! I'd recommend this stay for an easy all inclusive away vacation.
