I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The staff are professional, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely hospitable, which made the entire experience even better. The food is amazing, the hotel is clean and well-organized, and everything feels well taken care of. And the beach is simply wow! It’s one of the highlights of the whole stay. Whenever I want to spend a nice, relaxing vacation, Hilton Plaza will definitely be one of my first choices. Highly recommended!

This hotel trades on its brand name and not much else. The one genuine positive is the room: spacious enough, well-kept and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping clearly do their job properly. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The food was the biggest letdown very limited variety, with the same options repeating, and what was on offer simply didn’t taste good. Almost every activity comes at an extra cost, which feels unreasonable given what you’re already paying. The reception staff were rigid and unhelpful rather than welcoming, and there was no sense of hospitality when we asked for anything. Evenings are equally flat. The animation team’s show lasts only a few minutes and then the hotel effectively shuts down. there is no nightlife or entertainment to speak of. If you want anything to do after dinner, you’ll need to leave the property. Overall, a very disappointing stay. A clean room isn’t enough to justify the price or the reputation this hotel relies on. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
