Knockroe Lodge is a house consisting of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, a utility room with a washing machine, a sitting room with a Smart TV and an open fire, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a double with an en-suite, and a twin serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and first-floor cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, and a private driveway for four cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The area offers fine beaches and restaurants, with seafood being a speciality, and a number of activities including angling, canoeing, windsurfing, snorkelling, golf and quad biking, with river cruises also available as well as a 4 mile walkway along an old railway line. Within easy driving distance are the city of Waterford, the shopping capital of South East Ireland and home of the Waterford Crystal factory, and the delightful town of Wexford.
