Spacious and comfortable, especially for our family of 5 (plus a girlfriend)! Such a better option than multiple hotel rooms.

The first thing that struck us was how very spacious the property was. Each of us had our bed. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our family of 5 was more than comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer were well appreciated amenities. The apartment was also within walking distance of the Thorndale CTA metro station which made getting around Chicago very convenient. The staff was responsive and helped us to address our minor concerns. It was a great family experience staying here.
The central air conditioning system was rather noisy and colder than we would have liked but the host helped us to control the temperature. The only other issue was that some of the bath linen seemed a bit worn out - perhaps they need to be changed more frequently.

The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us with all the beds. The living room was comfy. The bathrooms were fine. We could walk to stores and to the train station easily. We didn't have any trouble with parking. The 1950s features of the house were nice.
The beds were not good. At all. All were very hard and uncomfortable. My bed had a huge lump of some kind. Would be awesome if they got better mattresses. The neighbors in the building stunk up the place with their stinky cooking and cigarette smoke. Had to hold our breath in the hallway. I don't guess it's the owners fault though.
