About this house rental
Spacious 8-bedroom townhome withThis newly renovated and styled 8 bedroom in Avondale is ready to host you! Two units have been combined into 1 large home which gives any group plenty of space to spread out. We have 2 ktichens, 6 queens, 2 twins, 1 full, 1 futon and 3 gathering areas. We pride ourselves in providing a great stay for our guests with all the amenties needed for larger groups. The property is located 15 minutes from Ohare Airport, 2 blocks from the highway and next to some of the best restaurants in Chicago!
The space
This newly renovated and furnished home in the heart of one of the most foodie neighborhoods in the City of Chicago !
My place is great for families with children, business travelers and groups, couples, or visiting parents/grandparents. Enjoy this 3 level building on a residential street, with 2 garage spaces for convenience. With plenty of yard space and nice finishes. I want you to feel like this is your home away from home.
After entering the main door you'll see two doors. The door to the right takes you to the bottom unit. The door to the left takes you to the top unit.
The bottom unit main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 office/bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. There are stairs near the ktichen that lead to the bottom level where there are 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a living room with a futon if needed.
The top unit has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and one bunk) plus 1.5 barthrooms.
In addition to that, I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests!
- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide coffee grounds and keurig pods as well.
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & Method brand hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.
- Hair dryer
- Ironing board and Iron
- Luggage racks and hangers
Guest access
Guests will receive a keypad code (keypads are located on the door) and guests will check in on their own, no assistance or in person interaction is required.
Other things to note
Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all our inquiries contact us with details about their trip because want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.
