Wrigley Field/Lakeview -Entire Home- Large Groups!

We hosted my bachelorette weekend here and had the most amazing stay. Dustin was sooo accommodating with early arrivals and late departures. The house was darling, so clean and enough beds to sleep far more than the 10 we brought! All of the rooms were super comfortable and the location was so accessible. Huge thanks to Dustin for making our weekend so special!!

Our stay was amazing! We were able to check in earlier than expected, it was very clean and this was in the perfect location for all of our nearby activities! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place in the Lincoln park/Lakeview area

Had a great weekend tons of space at the Vrbo. Felt somewhat misled when I arrived at the place considering listing said it could fit up to 20 but there are only 2 real bedrooms (4 beds, 3 cots). We had 10 so it worked out but I wouldn’t push it past that. Good location. Walked everywhere including Wrigley Field for Cubs game.

This was the perfect stay for our family while we were in town for our daughter's graduation. The house was plenty big to accommodate our group, and the location is excellent. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. It was one of our best VRBO experiences yet.

This property is clean, spacious and well appointed. It was better than the photos, and in an excellent location. It was very nice to have a parking space in the garage as well. Highly recommend.

The location was very convenient! We were able to walk to many stores and more activities in the heart of Chicago were only a bit further with public transit or a cab. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking food for our group and we found the beds, bathrooms, and lounging spaces as expected in the unit. Despite listing wheelchair accessibility, the stairs between the upper and lower levels were narrower and steeper than expected, making it difficult to reach any of the bedrooms, none of which were on the ground floor. Additionally, the heating seemed to be scheduled at about 60 degrees and had to be regularly brought back up to a more regular temperature after its programming reset it upon timeout.

We loved our stay at this place! Owner was very easy to work with and very responsive! We came in for a football game at Wrigleyfield. The listing says 7 blocks to the field - be aware it is 7 long blocks. It's definitely walkable, but not as close as we had thought. It was about a 20 min walk to Wrigley. Also - two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and are separated by a curtain - it works fine for relatives or good friends, but just know there is not much privacy for those two rooms. All in all, we loved the place - the downstairs area is great for hanging out! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was great except for arriving at the house and realizing only 10 guests would have actual beds to sleep in. We did manage to make do with the floor mattresses and rollaway cots but didn’t feel it fit what was advertised.

Our party was in Chicago for our son’s wedding. The location is perfect for walking to train or restaurants or parks for kids. We hosted a small gathering for both families to meet and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again, thank you Dustin!

This spot was a great location close to wrigley and everything we had planned out. Lots of places to sleep (that’s all we did at the house really) and clean. Neighbors were nice too. Safe spot. Would highly recommend for a group!

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Our son is a student at DePaul and we were able to host and grill for some of his friends one evening and do plenty of walking around the city. Would recommend!

Absolutely the best VRBO house! The neighborhood is adorable with easy street parking plus garage spot included. Easy access to Diversey or Wellington train stops. We were in town for the Iowa Hawkeye football game at Wrigley and enjoyed the easy 15 min walk down Sheffield to the festivities! Five couples stayed in the home and the owner went above and beyond stocking the home with everything we needed from tinfoil, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, bedding, pillows, blankets and so much more! The owner invested in comfortable mattresses (both beds and rollaway), pillows and family/kitchen furniture. The layout of the house is perfect for entertaining with two family rooms including TVs (great for playing Saturday football) and an open concept kitchen. The weather was gorgeous, so we enjoyed the front and back patio outdoors. The bathrooms are a nice size/space for multiple guests. It’s great having a first-floor full bathroom as well. The sleeping arrangements upstairs are slightly close quarter with multiple people sleeping in one room, but that is part of the fun on a VRBO trip plus the mattresses are so comfortable everyone slept great! We will definitely rent again!

Incredible spot. The house is beautiful, the host had more than enough of everything to accommodate our large group. Checking in and out was effortless. The location was fantastic. There are plenty of fun things to do and great spots to eat within a few minutes of walking. The only issue we had was deciding who got to pick where we ate at. Great neighborhood! No complaints at all. We had a great trip and would not hesitate to book again next time we are in the area. Cannot recommend high enough.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 11 people there to sleep. The property does sleep more and is great as long as you are comfortable sharing sleeping space. We appreciated the host accommodating our requests. Having a parking space in the garage was wonderful. The neighborhood area was nice to walk in and had places to eat close by.

Two blocks from the brown line, close to great restaurants, and a block from Starbucks. Neighborhood felt safe while walking at night. Beds comfortable. Plenty of sitting space for a family to gather. Owner quick to respond and very flexible!

The house was great! Our friends and us had an amazing time and were very comfortable. The sprawling setup was great for when we were all sitting around chatting and the patio was great to relax in during the Chicago summer. Super close walks to so much fun stuff and good food. Highly suggest this spot

My wife and 8 friends were able to enjoy thier girltime in a spacious beautiful home in the Lakeview community. Dustin was exceptional and made the whole process of checking-in/out worry free. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering visiting Chicago or a staycation.
