Really good communication. Great location for getting to the Chelsea Flower Show. Secure parking was excellent. Met a gardener in the private gardens who invented us to look around which was a great bonus. The balcony was superb for sitting outside on an evening and enjoying a sundowner. Thank you.
Light switches were overly complicated, but manageable once we had figured them out.

It had everything we needed including cutlery and cooking utensils. There was also a washing machine which was really handy, iron and hairdryer. Some other reviews didn’t like the food left in the cupboards but we found it useful - especially the sugar, milk, cold water and the teabags. The car park is close by. The staff were exceptional and on hand. The balcony was stunning.
Due to being on the top floor it was sweltering during the heatwave. Obviously the weather can’t be controlled but could do with a couple of fans for the summer.
