The property was everything and more! The photos were an accurate representation of the flat, the garden and its size was per fee it for our family with three small children who loved having outdoor space after a long journey from NZ. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen was stocked with basics which was really helpful (salt, oil etc). The bedrooms had double beds but given the size of the rooms could accommodate larger beds. Rosie was amazing with communication and prompt replies and also great with sorting out a parking permit for us. The flat is less than 5min walk to Clapham South shops and tube and also the beautiful Clapham Common. If we make the long journey back over to London again we would 100% make this our London stay again, it was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you Rosie!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely garden flat while visiting London for our daughter’s graduation. The flat is bright, clean, spacious with wonderful outdoor garden space. Despite it being December we still managed to sit outside. It’s located on a great quiet street, short walk to Clapham South tube and great food stores for supplies. Rosie replied very quickly to any questions or requests and was lovely to deal with. Will definitely stay again next time we visit.

This was a great base from which to meet up with family living in Clapham. It was clean, lovely to have garden outlook and the kitchen lived up to the standards of the chef in our party! A great selection of good food shops a few minutes walk away in Abbeville Rd.
