De ligging, zowel bij het zwembad als bij het strand.

Апартаменти «студіо» з міні-кухнею та санвузлом. З балкона можна було бачити червоне море. Власний пляж в 100 метрах від будівлі.
При заїзді квартира була не прибрана повністю, не було туалетного паперу, полотенець та постільної білизни. Треба було витратити трохи нервів, щоб персонал заворушився, та щось зробив.
