Dive Hostel Hurghada Pool

1. The internet is unavailable at all times and doesn't work. 2. While arriving to the room we found a lot of ants in the kitchen sink and around the toilets, when inquired to Mustafa, he failed to follow up and solve the issue. 3. Elderly receptionist and manager are impolite and loud 4. The rooms are too close to eachother and the ones opposite us and across are noisy so the noise was constant 5. Pool instructor doesn't protest when swimmers wear inappropriate swimwear and needs to follow swimming procedures. Swimmers always in dresses and t-shirts as instructor only watches.

Emplacement parfait pour être au coeur de la ville de hurghada. Tout peut se faire à pied. Accueil de Mustafa juste parfait avec une très bonne communication merci beaucoup. Appartement très bien équipé, très confortable, super rapport qualité prix très propre et très bien insonorisé. Piscine au top, personnel de l'hôtel très gentil et de bonne communication. Petite dédicace à Richard de la sécurité juste adorable.

Lovely studio apartment with large balcony and seating. Spacious, modern, and clean with excellent facilities. Good communication from the host via WhatsApp. Excellent location. 5 mins walk to the paid beaches. 25 minutes walk to the marina. Plenty of supermarkets and eateries outside the complex. Great value for money.

I did have a few issues, the electricity went off for several hours, then I had no internet for two days and then no water ( there is a water card you have to scan but I wasn't informed of this) I didn't like the huge complex, it has hundreds of apartments, loads of corridors and entrances that closed early some evenings. I went out of season ( Feb 2026) so most of them were empty and it was very quiet. But I can imagine it would be very noisy during the peak season. Also, I was not notified that the large pool was being renovated, so I was unable to use any of the pools on the complex, which was the reason for selecting in the first place. However, the host was very accommodating and did offer a different complex or free cancellation. We agreed on a discount in the end as the studio was very nice.

The WiFi was good enough. Yet once during 3-day stay the whole electricity switched off for approx 20 minutes. The price is good.

The cigarette smell is literally everywhere.
