The place is a condominium complex, with hundreds of studios, and my experience had a lot of positives and negatives The compound itself was very big, clean, in a very good location The studio itself was very clean and well equipped Full kitchen with oven and stuff, washing machine, AC, even a smart TV connected to a router with free WiFi for the chalet Owners of the studio were friendly and very helpful

Security men were mostly rude and I had to fire some complaints The first time ever I had to pay for electricity and water in any place I go in Egypt or other countries I visited The swimming pool wasn't bad, but with rude old security men and no life guards, open from 6 to 6, but until 9 AM you have to lay down on wooden and tough chaise lounges My studio had a back street balcony, and the only below average thing was the old and hard pillows and mattresses When I was leaving the owners contacted me asking for extra money for cleaning which we hadn't agreed on beforehand, and I had to clean it myself to avoid paying MAKE SURE TO CONTACT THE OWNERS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO HAVE THE RIGHT NAVIGATIONS
