Spacious & Modern 2BED Apartment in Birmingham

The pictures match the stay setup as it is, it is very clean locality, and city centre is walkable. I had a very comfortable stay for a month, and did not face any issues there.

Could've elaborated a little more on self-clean instructions and given related equipments.

Once I received the instructions, accessing the property was straightforward. It was warm, comfortable and generally well appointed. The WiFi was great and the location was excellent. It was quiet and spacious.

I had previously received an email from the property stating that somebody would meet me at the property for check-in. For this reason I waited outside the property at the prescribed time, but nobody came. I later discovered that the email I had been sent was wrong. 5 minutes before the check-in time there was a message on booking.com from the management company with the codes/instructions for self check in. I didn’t get an email/alert about this message until sometime later, so I had to phone the company to ask why there was nobody to meet me! We resolved the issue but it was a bad start to the stay. Although the flat was generally clean, the kitchen shelves were dusty, there were crumbs on the toaster, and some glasses and utensils were dirty. Also, there was no corkscrew/bottle opener at the property and one of the bedroom blinds was broken and could not be opened or fully closed. There was obviously not a thorough check and cleaning before my check-in.

Excellent apartment in a great area. Very warm and cosy.

Lift wasn’t working and my mum has limited mobility so this was a bit of an issue. A corkscrew would have been helpful to open our bottle of wine.
