The breakfast was nice though it has not much option western foods most of the foods served were Filipino foods. But overall we still enjoyed our breakfast my family have to try local foods.

I have seen female guest eating breakfast wearing bathrobe. Maybe has a polite reminder that all guests must wear smart clothes when having meal in the restaurant.

The hotel is very new, and the overall facilities are quite good. Most of the staff are friendly and approachable.

However, I find it highly inappropriate that this property is labeled as a 5-star hotel on Booking.com, as too many aspects of their service failed miserably. 1. ​Unprofessional Deposit Process: They only accept cash for the deposit (no credit cards allowed), and they don't proactively provide a receipt. You have to explicitly ask the front desk to get one. 2. ​Confusing & Inconsistent F&B Service: I ordered an iced Americano at the breakfast restaurant two days in a row. On the first day, I was given a regular hot Americano with a glass of ice. On the second day, I received a proper iced Americano. I initially thought the service had improved. However, after returning to my room, I received a call stating the coffee required an extra charge and would be deducted from my deposit. Yet, shortly after that call, a staff member physically showed up at my door to collect the cash! The service process is completely chaotic and contradictory. I have no problem paying for it, but I should have been informed of the charge beforehand, not billed after the fact in such a bizarre manner. 3. ​Checkout Time Discrepancy: The front desk didn't mention the checkout time upon check-in. Booking.com clearly states the checkout time is 12:00 PM. To my surprise, when I returned to my room at 11:00 AM, my key card was already locked out. When I questioned the front desk, they claimed checkout was at 11:00 AM. Their internal information is completely out of sync with their listing on Booking.com.
