Clean, service, warm hospitality and close to the beach

The pool was available only until 8:30 pm.

I’ve used Henann resort in Boracay and the expectation and experiences were really good. That’s the reason I use. Staffs are very friendly especially Arra, Raul and the guards.

The smoking area was absolutely nightmare. Smoking in front of the garbage. How I wish they put some benches near where they park the motorcycles. Please don’t forget that although majority of the guest are not smokers, but you can’t put away the person in charge of booking and paying the hotel, maybe a smoker like me. This is constructive criticism and not a negative comment.

The room itself was pleasant, clean, and comfortable, this was probably the only part of the stay that I truly enjoyed

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. There is no room service, which is quite surprising for a hotel at this level. The restaurants were disappointing: the food was not very tasty and the breakfast selection was limited and also not very good. Additional services were rather weak and the overall service level did not meet expectations. For the price the hotel charges, I expected a much better quality of food and service.
