Food Hall offered an exceptional breakfast buffet with very attentive service. Seaside grounds were beautiful & private, with nice pools & decent snorkeling onsite. Alona Beach is a quick (free) shuttle ride away. Good gym + restaurants/bars onsite. Staff brought tasty Goodnight dessert to room nightly.

Some renovation ongoing so noise during the day. Onsite laundry prices too high, better off using local services at Alona that will pick up & deliver if needed.

Far mostly I loved the hospitality and the management. Customer service was exceptional in all aspects!!!

The hotel has a nice beachfront location and the room had good sea and island views, including at sunset. Rooms are clean and spacious, with everything that's needed, though the building itself is a little utilitarian. The main restaurant never seems to be overcrowded and the food is good without being exceptional. The pool is great - a good size and constant depth. Ideal for lazy days! We easily arranged tours at the front desk, where the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Some of the food outlets weren't open/available at the advertised times. Renovations in progress outside the main restaurant and inside the main accommodation block. No real disturbance but affected the environment a little.

The staff is good.

We found a cockroach in our room. Not many options on the restaurant menu. The shuttle timetable to Alona Beach is very limited. Some procedures, like ordering external food are bureaucratic. We had difficulty getting drinking water. The room's conditions are very different from the pictures, worse than the pictures.
