The facilities were remarkable but what made BE stand out was their people. They know how to make guests feel welcome.
Food selection could be improved. But what was more noticeable was their towels were a bit old and ready to be replaced. No longer white b

Food Hall offered an exceptional breakfast buffet with very attentive service. Seaside grounds were beautiful & private, with nice pools & decent snorkeling onsite. Alona Beach is a quick (free) shuttle ride away. Good gym + restaurants/bars onsite. Staff brought tasty Goodnight dessert to room nightly.
Some renovation ongoing so noise during the day. Onsite laundry prices too high, better off using local services at Alona that will pick up & deliver if needed.
