Location, apartment decor and facilities were excellent, very clean. Had everything we needed. Host communications excellent.

Penny was so friendly. Minor issue with street parking not easily available out side the property. Had to park some distance away at night

Very welcoming, extremely clean and a well-looked after apartment. The rooms were a great size! Anytime I had a question, I would get instant responses. Wonderful experience.

The flat was very clean and organised. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was exactly what we needed for a couple of nights in Colchester. Communication with Penny (owner) was easy and clear, and it was super easy to get the keys and check in.
The upstairs room was a little warm overnight, even with the heat off (but this is probably just personal preference).
