BEACH VALENCIA LUXURY B7-21 Apartment with terrace and sea views with two rooms

Apartment was clean. We liked the terrace.

Terrible check in. We never received the email and we had no instructions about where to pick up the key. It took 2 hours to finally find the bar who had the keys. No instructions which staircase to use or how to use the air conditioner or WiFi. Very upsetting. Also no supplies such as paper towels or detergent to use the washer. Also no instructions where to leave the key. Unable to get thru in the number listed. Thank goodness that the bar knew someone’s whatsup number and they informed us when I asked questions. Not enough lighting in the living room and beds only had sheets and pillows were bad. Not a luxury as indicated.

Was in a brilliant location right by the beach , restaurants within walking distance, lovely bakery across the road.

The property was fantastic everything you needed for a short stay. Only problems we had were checking in and checking out. Told them my in laws were going to be collecting the keys as they were arriving before us they collected the keys from where we was told to collect them from by actually getting into the apartment they didn’t know which one or where it was and the guy in the apartment lobby did help at all. Messaged them the night before leaving asking where we should drop the keys off too there was no reply so we assumed we should drop them off where they were collected from well the restaurant was not open so messaged them again saying we will leave them in the apartment they said replied and said somewhere else to leave them which was a 7 minute walk away but we was already against time so in the end was agreed to leave them in the apartment

El piso es exactamente las fotos publicadas. Muy limpio, totalmente equipado con lo necesario. Buenos colchones y buenas almohadas, indispensable. Súper amables en la atención del personal. Muy buena ubicación para venir de vacaciones.
