The location is perfect! 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the center of Valencia by car. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. In 12 minutes walk you reach Mercadona market. We had an 8 night stay in July .. but I think 12 nights would be perfect. Arleta is very attentive to the needs of tourists.

The location is convenient, parking is easy (outside on street), and view is nice
The plastic chair on the patio was probably hardened from the Sun and one broke while my husband was sitting on it. We were surprised to find cockroaches roaming in the evening on the kitchen floor. We caught a couple, but who knows how many of them were around.
