Apartamento dos habitaciones primera línea de playa

Muy bien situado , limpio y cómodo

Un poco caro casi mil euros 3 días

Leuke omgeving, wel wat ver van het oude centrum van Valencia (maar dat wisten we vooraf). Redelijk ruim appartement. Zwembad tijden zijn wat beperkt en verder geen ligstoelen of stoelen bij het zwembad. Ook niet als je deze zelf meenam. Niet zo sociale badmeester.

Airco 2 standen: vol of uit.

La ubicación, literalmente al lado de la playa, en una zona tranquila y poco masificada. Se nota que el apartamento es algo antiguo, pero para unos días de playa y turismo es suficiente. Nos facilitaron cuna y trona para el bebé sin coste alguno.

Hubo algunos problemas con la electricidad del apartamento. Tuvo que venir la propietaria en varias ocasiones tanto sola como acompañada de un electricista para solventarlo lo antes posible. Finalmente se solucionó pero empañó algo nuestra estancia ya que no eran muchos días. La propietaria estuvo atenta en todo momento e intentando que nos afectase lo menos posible.

The property was in the area of Malvarrosa beach which is just across the street. It is 5km from the old city center but is not crowded at all (we were there in July). The building is a part of residential complex with the pool, mini market and café. The apartment is owned by Mrs. Maria Beatrice, very nice and friendly person. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living/dinning room, kitchen, laundry space and a nice terrace on the ground floor with a pool view. It is clean and has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay.
