The apartment itself is bright, beautifully renovated, and very clean. High-quality finishes: new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and soft furnishings The balcony sunshine is genuinely perfect for late-afternoon relaxation. my wife and I really liked it. lovely neighborhood with easy access to local shops, I think it's great value for money for a stylish, well-located base. Also I read the previous reviews and I can tell the host has clearly listened to previous feedback and made thoughtful improvements. There are 3 lovely chairs and a table in the balcony now and the wardrobe has a proper hanging rail with some hangers provided. We arrived after dark and found the apartment with no stress

Walking down to the beach and back up requires a bit of effort, as most places in Tenerife are quite hilly.

The property appeared to have been renovated in the past 12 to 18 months and the floors were very nice. New kitchen, new bathroom suite, new bedroom wardrobes, and new sofa bed in the living area. Curtains were very nice and decor was good. The balcony got the sun from about 13.30 until sundown which was very good. The complex is very close to a shopping centre The Rosa Centre which was good for shopping.

A major part of any apartment holiday for us is having sun on the balcony in the late afternoon/ evening and relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. This was not possible as the balcony had ONE CHAIR and NO SMALL TABLE so we had to bring out a dining char which is not very comfortable for relaxing. The wardrobe in the bedroom had NO RAIL to hang hangers on so our clothes were hung OUTSIDE the wardrobe on the door. The sink had NO STOPPER so we bought a basin to enable us to wash dishes. The management did not respond positively to our request to have any of these problems sorted during our stay. Management provide an App with some information including how to find the apartment. However the area appeared not to have 5G or 4G and so could not be accessed. We arrived after dark and had great difficulty finding the apt but luckily we were eventually assisted by a young Italian resident. The complex is old and quite run down with poor lighting, only one lift working, no reception staff. Some residents appear to live there as their main residence and some of the properties are very unkempt and require decoration. Several properties had severely damaged rooves and 1 or 2 had no roof which seemed to be the result of a fire. One property had a “garden shed” on the balcony which in fairness was neat and tidy but seemed out of place. The impression one gets is that the apartment is managed from afar with no visits made after use and before the next clients are due in, except of course y the cleaner.
