El apartamento está muy limpio y dispone de todo tipo de servicios que puedas necesitar. La ubicación es muy buena porque está en una zona tranquila y además dispone de parking porque en la calle es complicado aparcar, en ese sentido es de 10. Tiene lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas y hasta batidora. Nosotros no lo hemos necesitado pero seguro que si necesitas algo el anfitrión te lo proporciona sin problemas.
En ocasiones, uno de los baños tenía olor a desagüe. Por otro lado, el router WiFi está dentro de un armario de limpieza por lo que el rango se acorta y, por ejemplo, a la terraza no llegaba. La señal de televisión se cortaba a menudo porque no tenía mucha potencia la señal. Todo esto que comento ya son puntos para alcanzar la excelencia porque no informamos de estos detalles mientras estuvimos allí ya que solo eran molestias sin mucha importancia.

Appartamento nuovo ben equipaggiato. Buona l'attrezzatura in cucina e in bagno.
Eravamo in cinque e il quinto letto, definito come divano letto, in realta' non lo era ed era piuttosto scomodo. C'era un odore terribile che veniva dagli scarichie, a tratti, era insopportabile.
