No cold water dispenser. Maybe if they can put a mini fridge should be ok. Or rent 1 small water dispenser.

It's a hidden gem, you wouldn't guess it from the outside. It's a friendly place if you go with family. The ground level has a nice small entrance and very 'instagramable'. The room is spacious, modern but has warm atmosphere. The noise from outside was still tolerable to my ears. The room is also equipped with small pantry, microwave, fridge, kettle, and cutlery set. The location is great, it is near to city's attractions. The staff, Saiful was very helpful. Komtar is just across the street, if you have kids, they would love it. It is also near to public bus terminal and malls.

The wooden floor creaks a bit in places. The upper floor is wooden floor plank, so you expect the sound of people walking. However it's still tolerable. I wish the hotel had a rubber mat in the dry area of ​​the toilet to prevent slipping, as in our toilet, the water from the shower overflowed into the dry area.

Location is superb being near Komtar, Kimberley food street and wonderful heritage shophouses in the area. Convenient for walking access as it is right next to elevator that leads up to linked bridges above a very busy intersection. Simple cooking facilities are available. Spacious room.

Refrigerator is not working. No bath mat provided inside the bathroom although we didn't try to request for one. Bathroom has glass wall which brightens entire room if lights are switched on. Floorboards creaked loudly above and below.
