    I want 100% recommend this hotel. It’s a good location to visit everything in Penang. There are restaurants everywhere and it’s just a generally nice area saying.

    I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I found the environment to be pleasant and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. However, I encountered a few issues that affected my experience. Firstly, the parking was quite limited and unfortunately I received a police summons at 8:20AM due to parking constraints. This situation was inconvenient and unexpected. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the towels provided in the room had a noticeable smoke odor. This was concerning, as such items should be properly cleaned and fresh for guest use.
