Goede locatie, in het centrum. Charmant huis. Goed en comfortabel ingericht. Fijne slaapkamers. Gezellige woonkamer.
Keuken is klein en krap. Helaas geen vaatwasser.

Mooi groot huis aan de rand van de Altstadt dus perfect gelegen.
Voor ons geen probleem maar als je wat slechter ter been bent is de trap naar de eerste verdieping wat lastig.

Sehr gute Qualität der Betten. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet (Gläser, Geschirr etc.).
Die Küche ist etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings ist das auch bedingt durch das Alter des Hauses. Es wäre außerdem schön, wenn man den Balkon richtig nutzen könnte.

De ligging: mooi centraal knus, maar toch ruim van binnen. 2 flinke verdiepingen!
Langsrijdende auto's hoor je wel. Verder barst Monschau ook wel uit de voegen, zeker in het weekend: alle parkeerplekken bezet, waardoor je hoger op de heuvel de auto in het pikkedonker kwijt moet. Parkeren kost €7/dag en sinds 2026 heffen ze ook toeristenbelasting: €2.50 /p/n. Als laatste: de restaurant zitten dan ook ramvol. Reserveren is een must óf met opening al aan de deur staan, anders kun je het vergeten.
