I will fully review this location when I get my deposit back!!! It's been over a,week now

Location

After making the non-refundable booking we received a long list of rules, formulated in rather demanding language, about how high to set the refrigerator, the heating, that we were supposed to clean and take out the garbage. This made it feel more like camping than a stay in what should be a decent holiday home. None of these rules were mentioned before booking. We felt tricked, we would have not booked this place if we knew any of this. But we were bound, decided to make the best of it and obliged each and every rule. What we did not realize was that there were also hidden rules. We checked into an extremely cold house, and dared to use two blankets for each of our kids instead of one each. The blankets were there, so, that was good. There were also towels on the bed, we used them. After checkout we were surprised by an almost scary formulated E-mail asking why we used so many blankets and towels. Because it was cold and we find it a good habit to shower regularly, and it wasn't that many! They took 35 Euro from our deposit, just took it, as we used too much towels and blankets. It also raises serious hygiene concerns — we asked what then was the purpose of these towels they put on the beds. The answer : For the next guests. That gave us a very dirty vibe, eek, were then the towels we used also laying on the bed of the previous guests? Why are they even placed there? A hotelroom where the towels on your bed are meant for the next guest? I could not have even imagined, but they told us themselves and booking passed on that answer. Really! The house itself wasn’t too bad. On the photos you see the best rooms, the rest is more simple, the toilet downstairs is very small and might have been overlooked at the last several renovations. Finally, I would advise bringing your own towels, just for hygiene’s sake — and don’t count on getting your full deposit back.

La maison est très grande et située dans le marché de Noël

Le chauffage n’avait pas été mis avant notre arrivée. La maison étant tres grande, était très froide et a pris 24h à se réchauffer. Il n’y a pas de couverture supplémentaire dans les armoires, ce qui est dommage pour les gens frileux. Il n’y a pas de décoration dans la maison, ce qui la rend un peu austère. Il n’y a pas de plaid dans le salon pour réchauffer l’ambiance.

Super Lage, mehr als genug Platz.

Die Küche könnte gemütlicher sein. Vllt ein Schrank oder Regal. Ein Bild an der Wand.

De locatie is perfect en het huis is ideaal voor een groep van 5-6 personen.

Super geräumiges Haus in toller Lage, toll für bis zu 10 Personen. Fünf gemütliche Doppelzimmer (eines sogar mit eigenem Waschbecken) mit zwei Bädern und einem WC, große Küche mit großem Tisch. Schöne Holzböden. Sogar eine kleine Terrasse, über die Kellertreppe erreichbar, direkt am Fluss. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das hat man selten bei Ferienhäusern. Die Betten sind bequem, die Treppen ganz normal und nicht eng und steil. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man sogar bis zum Haus vorfahren und auch wieder wenden, um auf einem nahe gelegenen großen Parkplatz zu parken.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Wir hätten uns Abfalleimer in den Schlafzimmern gewünscht. Und einen Fön gab es nicht. Toll wäre auch, wenn man erst um 11 statt um 10h auschecken könnte. Aber das sind ja nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge :)

Die Lage war gut.
