Wunderschön saniertes Fachwerkhaus mit ganz besonderem Charme.Trotz 35° im Schatten war es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl - ein großer Vorteil eines alten Fachwerkhauses. Ansonsten war alles genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Etwas störend waren lediglich die Mieter über uns. Die beiden sehr aktiven Kinder waren jeden Morgen bereits ab 6:30 Uhr deutlich zu hören. Auch tagsüber war die Familie immer wieder gut wahrnehmbar.

Alles, wat een prachtig appartement! Alle lof voor de eigenaren die echt hart en ziel hebben gelegd in de verbouwing. Ook leuk dat er een boek met foto’s ligt over de verbouwing. Locatie is werkelijk fantastisch
Voor langere mensen zoals wij , 180 cm, wel rekening houden met het lage plafond en de deuren, maar dat is helemaal goedgekomen 😉

Prachtig appartement in hartje centrum Monschau
Als het nog een eigen buiten had zoals balkon was het uitmuntend geweest.
