Luxury 3BR Garden Apartment Estepona

Clean apartment well furnished living room. Pool was nice. 15min walk down to the marina with restaurants but a steep hill back.

Check in involved driving to the Turnkey shop, parking in a public underground car park and filling out forms electronically in their system and our phones. It felt unnecessarily cumbersome especially after a long journey. There was a video to watch re accessing the apartment but would have either liked someone to meet us at the apartment and show up round or a key safe and an apartment guide and the video give very little information on what was in the apartment and how to use this. We arrived on Saturday and late at night the smoke detector started bleeping so we reported this on Sunday morning along with a light not working in one of the bedrooms and the door to the garden also not working. Someone came to replace the battery in the smoke detector so at least we could sleep for the rest of the week. No one fixed the light at all during our stay - they only removed the fitting. The door took til Thursday to he fixed. All very disappointing. The outdoor pool was nice but none of the other facilities were working - all gym equipment out of order along with the hot tub and sauna. Again disappointing. Turnkey were slow as I mentioned to resolve maintenance issues but note the cleaners arrived exactly at 11am check out as did a Turnkey employee possibly to fix the light on check out. Estepona old town was lovely but a 25-30 min walk away.
