The location is excellent, right on the promenade, amazing views from both terraces and a short walk to the marina and the centre of estepona. Apartment is well equipped, there are a lot of steps but you do get used to them and they are worth it for the view.

Położenie apartamenu, dwa tarasy i widok z tarasów na morze, sympatyczna i pomocna właścicielka
Metraż prawdopodobnie podany jest łącznie z wymiarami tarasów. Pokój dzienny jest ładny i dobrze wyposażony ale dwie sypialnie są bardzo niekomfortowe ponieważ przedzielone są miedzy sobą prowizoryczną cienką ścianką z oknem (szybą zasłanianą papierową roleta ) taka informacja jest bardzo istotna i powinna być umieszczona w opisie mieszkania. Gdybyśmy o tym wiedzieli to nie wybralibyśmy nigdy tego mieszkania. Mieszkania zatem nie polecam dla czterech dorosłych osób bo ma się wrażenie że wszyscy śpią w jednym pokoju . Sypialnia jest tak mała że nie ma gdzie położyć nawet walizki, a jeśli walizkę się włoży do szafy to nie można w niej powiesić na wieszakach rzeczy bo się nie mieszczą. Na jednym z tarasów zainstalowane są chyba wszystkie agregaty od klimatyzatorów z całego budynku co w okresie letnim gdy wszystkie klimatyzatory są włączone może być uciążliwe że względu na głośność ich pracy.
