Recently renovated and furnished with both practicality and aesthetic care, the property is distributed over 2 levels that make excellent use of the available space.

On the main floor, the living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, ideal for additional guests. A kitchenette is seamlessly integrated into this space, equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The bathroom on this level comprises a shower and WC. A large south-west facing balcony extends from the main floor, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a truly spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and ski run.

On the upper floor, 1 room fitted with a sliding door and without a window houses 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
