APARTMENT T2 + CABIN 6 people, redone at the end of 2017 and end 2018, 3 stars
Very luminous, stay cooks with balcony of 4m ² displayed south, room with very nice view on the lake of Tignes, separated cabin 2 beds, room of water with shower, separated TOILET, locker with ski, WIFI. 3rd floor with elevator.
- Ideal location: quiet area, back to ski 150m, shops nearby, supermarket 200m, covered parking 150m, tourist office 100m, ski school 100m, ski rental 150m, house guide 100m, cinema at 100m, golf and minigolf at 200m
- 6 beds: 1 bed 160x200 in the room, 2 bunk beds 90x190 in the cabin (attention top bed forbidden to children under 6 years), 1 sofa bed 160x190 in the living room. Comfortable memory mattress
- Comfort amenities: flat screen TV, French and foreign channels, WIFI, Internet access for your room and living room, micro-hifi system, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge, micro-wave grill, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto coffee pod, kettle, toaster , Raclette set, Iron, ...

Excellent apartment for our family of 4. Well equipped and presented

We stayed as a group of 4 adult blokes on a ski break. Accommodation was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The bunks were just big enough in our case. The living space is not huge, but it felt spacous enough we found it worked fine for us. Val Claret is not that big, so despite the appartment being at the far end of town the less than 10 minute walk to the ski lift was not an issue.

We stayed here for a family skiing holiday. Appartment was very nice and fully equipped. Close to the supermarket and shops. It is a short walk to the start of the slopes.

We had a great stay in this lovely clean very well maintained property, it was lovely and warm on arrival, the location is very good and the view over the lake spectacular, the owner was very communicative, we’ll definitely look this property up for our next trip.

Really smart and well finished apartment in Val Claret. The area the building is in is quiet so external noise not really a problem during our stay. Like most French apartments noise insulation is not the best and you do get noise from the neighbours coming through the walls and ceiling so if you are a light sleeper and not used to this then maybe take a pair of earplugs for when you retire at night. As stated above the apartment was very clean and clearly recently renovated to a high standard. we were a family of 4 and the apartment accommodated us somewhat snuggly. I would not want to stay as a group of 6 as you would be living on top of each other somewhat but that is nothing unusual for Ski apartments. equipment wise it has everything you would need (except no big mugs for a good brew of tea) but some of the instructions have no English so can be hard to decode how to work. Because of this also I am not sure if the microwave is a oven as well ? it may be but we could not figure out how to use it if it was. The host was quick with his communications with us and also refunded our damage deposit in full and promptly. One thing to note though is to pay attention to the bedding sizes if you are bringing your own as the main bed is bigger than a UK double. Getting to the bus for skiing or to the slopes in Val claret involved a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment so accessability was decent. The buses run regular and we never had a long wait for one. Food wise the apartment has several restaurants located nearby and there is the Sherpa supermarket located within a 5 minute walk. Overall I would happily stay here again. if the apartment was a bit more sound insulated and ski in ski out I would have marked it a 5 but I'm hard to please and a 4 from me is a good score. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr geschmackvollem, neuem Zustand. Alles hat prima geklappt zB. mit den Türcodes und der Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr praktisch ist der Ski-Keller. Wir waren zu Sechst dort, zwei Erwachsene und vier Teenager. Dafür war die Wohnung doch recht eng und jeder musste Ordnung halten. Für 6 Personen ist die Küche etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Bei 8 Gläsern und Tellern muss nach jeder Mahlzeit direkt die Spülmaschine angestellt werden. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen.

Superbe accueil du propriétaire qui vous guide dans votre arrivée et votre installation. L’appartement est idéalement situé à l’entrée de Tignes. Tout est à proximité et l’immeuble est calme. L’appartement est lumineux et traversant. Une belle pièce de vie, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Des rangements partout, très pratiques. Une salle de bains très jolie, avec machine à laver/séchante. Des wc séparés. Une chambre avec lits superposés (les enfants ont adoré l’esprit cabane). Une grande chambre avec grand lit double très confortable et une vue magnifique sur le lac. En bas, un vrai casier à skis, grand et bien équipé. Très bon séjour ! Nous referons !!
