In the centre of VAL CLARET, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 20 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
