Tignes Val Claret: In the shopping centre residence "Le Curling B (Val Claret)", 6 storeys. In the centre of Tignes le Val Claret, 200 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Public car park at 200 m, extra. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 5 m, bakery 10 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 200 m, ski school. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Nightclub/disco close by 150 m from the property. Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room apartment 55 m2 on 2 levels on 6th floor. Entrance hall. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. South facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm.

This is a nice apartment in a great location, right in the centre of Val Claret. Lots of space but could do with some updating.

Bel emplacement au sein de Val Claret. L'appartement est agréable et présente de beaux volumes. Une décoration vintage... Les pistes sont très proches et les commerces au pied de l'immeuble ! bref, très bon séjour

Nous étions avec nos 3 filles de 3, 5 et 7 ans. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé dans la station. Il y a 2 chambres dont 1 avec mezzanine idéal pour les enfants. Les points négatifs sont la déco un peu vieillotte et certains rafraîchissements seraient les bienvenus. Au niveau de la cuisine il n'y a pas de grille pain. Nous avons utilisé qu'une seule des salles de bain car la 2e sentait le renfermé. Contrairement à certains commentaires nous n'avons pas du tout eu froid. Nous reviend

Convenient location near Val Claret square. Size is good for 6, though galleried sleeping has low headroom so kids only. Condition generally OK - beds and mattresses worn.
